Tracking Link: Click on the link in your email to see real-time updates.
No Updates Yet? Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.

4. Shipping Delays & Issues

We do everything we can to deliver on time, but sometimes unexpected delays happen. Common reasons include:

📦 Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos and email them to us within 48 hours so we can help.
📦 Stolen Package: Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. Please ensure a safe delivery location.

  • These costs are not included in our prices or shipping fees—you are responsible for any additional charges.
  • Customs processing times may also cause delivery delays.

7. Address & Delivery Issues

🚨 Make sure your shipping address is correct! We cannot change it once your order has been shipped.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you may need to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
  • If your package is delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake on your part, we are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
